Ms. Huilin LI focuses on the areas of civil, commercial, corporate, banking and securities, who is also accomplished in international affairs (e.g. Mergers and Acquisitions, investment, trade, dispute resolution) and consulting (on compliance, company structure, contract and risk control).

Ms. LI has worked on various civil, commercial, criminal and administrative cases, such as construction projects, loans, contract, labor issues, family affairs, equity, foreign-related intellectual property rights, economic crimes , and provided legal counsel services for a number of government agencies or companies especially in the field of science and technology.

Education Experience

Ms. LI has received a Bachelor Degree of Civil and Commercial Law from Southwest University of Political Science and Law and a Master Degree of International Economic Law of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and passed the National Judicial Examination of PRC in 2013.
